Maitaʻi offers a variety of sailing experiences along Waikiki’s coastline. Whether you’re looking for classic daytime boat rides on Waikiki Beach or one of our popular Waikiki sunset sail and Waikiki sunset cruise options, we have something for every visitor.
Enjoy the Island sun on our Tradewind sails, or choose an evening sail for stunning ocean views and colorful skies. Exclusive charters with an open bar are also available for weddings, receptions, private parties, family gatherings, and other special occasions. All charters are booked under a separate contract — please call or email for details.
Tax is included in the prices listed below. Please check in at least fifteen minutes prior to your sail time. Check-in is on the beach behind the Sheraton Waikiki and Halekulani Hotels, and all sails are barefoot boarding — guests may get splashed during boarding or while sailing, so you may want to bring a towel. ID is required to be served alcoholic beverages. We also have a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy, and for large groups (18 or more), we require two weeks’ notice for any changes.

Check-in is on the beach behind the Sheraton Waikiki and Halekulani Hotels. All sails are barefoot boarding – passengers may get splashed while boarding or sailing, so you may want to bring a towel. Current ID is required to be served alcoholic beverages. Please note – we do have a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. To cancel or change a reservation, you must speak with one of our reservation specialists previous to 48 hours before the sailing time. For large groups (18 or more), we require 2 weeks notice of any cancellations or changes.

Sail on our Maita`i Afternoon Delite Sail which departs at 3:00pm. Set sail from Waikiki Beach and enjoy the panoramic views of our island and enjoy our “Delite”ful friends that we encounter such as whales (seasonal), dolphins, turtles and flying fish to name a few. This ninety minute sail comes complete with your beverages: Mai Tai’s, beer and wine to name a few!
